Recently Chef Tony Nguyen has cooked privately for Sean Combs and LA Reid For 8 years, Chef Tony Nguyen was the Executive Chef for Crustacean Restaurant and the highly anticipated Da Lat Rose in Beverly Hills. Da Lat Rose was Chef Nguyen's latest project partner and was supported by his mentor Chef Helene An. Tony Nguyen is inspired by his mother Snow Nguyen, who he considers his other mentor and the world's greatest cook. Tony attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York as a Class Leader and had continued education with Cornells online Masters program. Tony has worked under Hubert Keller, Tri La, Snake River Grill, Lumiere Place, House of Savoy, Rick Moonens RM Seafood, BlueStem, and Anqi.
