I am in the enviable position at the moment of being able to dedicate my working days striving for perfection in my shed.

No, it's not a gym I have in there but a fully equipped jewellery workshop, so I'm sawing, hammering and soldering to my hearts content -right up until three o'clock when my two little lovelies come from school.

Then I am helping with homework, preparing food and everything else involved with family life.
