I am a self-published author of 8 books (I love writing, however the self-publishing has been a real learning curve, and also exciting and rewarding in many ways).

I fell in love with photography about 2 years ago when I was trying to take photos for my books, and I began with an inexpensive mobile phone camera. I now have a Lumix Panasonic and I love it! I still have a lot to learn and hoepfully my photos will improve, the more I learn.

I grew up in East Africa (Uganda) and in England (Devon and Dorset). Then I lived in Zurich Switzerland for 15 years and went to Zurich University to study Ethnology, that was a wonderful time in my life. I am now in USA.
