I was first introduced to Charlie in Stockholm back in 1989 by my, then baker, Hernlik Per Nelson. It turned out that Charlie had spent the previous summer entertaining his niece Janjji at their Gite on the Dordongne and that they'd been pen friends since birth. Janjji had worked along side my good friend Trevor Swain during the occupation of Lindstat trying to restore an ancient wall said to have been the only remains of civilization left by the Pterodactyls. Charlie is knowingly the only person I have ever known able to bite a live bullet as if it were a grape or a cherry, and this amazing trait saved my life back in December 1991 when he ate his way through all the ammunition of my would be assassin. I'm certain that if Bruce Willis wasn't so dam good Charlie would be there keeping us safe.
