I have always loved taking pictures growing up. I got my first point and shoot camera when I was about 12. It was just a typical 35mm camera. Absolutely nothing special about it. I took some pretty decent shots with it considering what it was. It went with me on a few trips to San Diego as well as a Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction in 2004.
When i turned 18 my grandparents got me my first digital camera. A Sony Cybershot. I used it for quite about five years. It too went to San Diego with me a few times, I used it when I lived in Ontario for 2 years and on to after I got married in 2009. Until then I had mostly taken, "happy snaps" of cars and scenery. I have since started really focusing on taking good quality shots and also doing some minor editing to them. The Sony is now really beat up, well used, worn out, and ready for retirement.
In March 2011 I went to a car show called Autorama and used my brothers Canon Point and shoot. I was not used to it and he told me not to mess with the settings so my shots suffered from it.
Tax season 2011 brought a new camera with it. I now have a Panasonic Lumix. It is still a point and shoot but with 12.1mp, 12x optical zoom, and nearly all the settings you get with an SLR it is a great camera.
In 2012 I obtained a Canon Eos Rebel XT with a variety of lenses, a pair of strobes, and tripods.
In 2013 I was working for Kirkham Motorsports as their in-house photographer. While their, I upgraded to a Canon 7D through the company. When I left I reluctantly had to return it.
In 2014 I purchased a Canon 6D and it is my primary shooter.
In 2015 I started shooting for Everyday Driver.
