Malcom has been the president and founder of Chakery.com since 2002. During that time, he has consulted with and developed websites, company brochures, logos and has performed search engine optimization for prestigious schools and businesses such as American Airlines, University of Michigan, Georgetown University, Dallas Baptist University and Lockheed Martin. He is known for his professionalism and dedication in seeing that his clients are receiving superior service. He works both with them and for them to ensure prime results in all of their ventures. In addition to his expertise in the professional realm, Malcom is also involved a myriad of associations and activities, some of which are Coaching Upward Soccer, Baseball, and Basketball. Malcom is also a member of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and Dallas Fort Worth Search Engine Marketing Association.

Malcom attended Johnson & Wales University where he served as Freshman Class Senator. He also acted as DECA Chapter President. Malcom operates his business with his wife Lisa. They reside in the State of Texas.
