Chad Davis is an artist and teacher. His personal work consist of mixed media collage, painting, and found object assemblage. He is inspired by nostalgia, popular culture of the 50's and 60's, and urban decay in Detroit. Davis feels that his subject matter, techniques, and materials, when combined, are the ingredients to the success of his work.

In 2005 Davis graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelors of science in art education. He currently teaches art to high school students, grades 9-12. Davis was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit where he currently resides with his wife, two children and dog Baxter.
