About me:
I have been obsessed by photography since the day my father gave me an advanced point and shoot Canon camera. I now shoot with a Nikon d750 and a core group of great full frame lenses and feel out of sorts if I am not out (or in) somewhere with my trusty camera in front of my face.
I do work for Maine Office of Tourism and Downeast Magazine, and I was the Contributing Photographer for Portland Magazine in Maine for four years. My work has been in Downeast Magazine, Yankee Magazine, Old House Journal, Northern New England Journey Magazine and Popular Photography Magazine.
I work for Maine Office of Tourism, www.VisitPortland.com and many other local businesses on a regular basis.
My February/March 2009 cover on Portland Magazine won a 2009 American Graphic Design Award. My photographs have been published in Digital Camera World Magazine, in England, Portland Magazine, and Maine Food & Lifestyle Magazine.
I have shown my work at Lisa-Marie's Made in Maine, and in the Terrell Lester Gallery in Deer Isle, Maine and Waterfront Fine Arts Gallery in Bernard, Maine on Mt. Desert Island. My camera has big dreams of someday working for magazines like National Geographic and Smithsonian Magazine, and I hope we can do that together!

Great pictures and keep up the great work!

I discovered Cindy's work quite by accident and was immediately impressed, here was a talented photographer who is destined for greater things. I have been in photography for over 70 hears, both in a commercial capacity and now a retired amateur so I have witnessed the work of a wide range of talent. Her insight and instantaneous recognition of composition is rare in these days of point and shoot would be photographers.
