Hello I’m Ceri. Here is a little tip…. Ceri is pronounced as Kerry. :-)

 

Curiosities: cu·ri·os·i·ties [kyoor-ee-os-i-teez]

 

1. A desire to know or learn about anything; inquisitiveness. Yes, this is me…

 

2. Curious, kitsch, rare or novel things, strange [quirky] or odd aspect; interesting qualities

 

3. Objects that arouses interest, as by being novel or extraordinary:

 

4. A desire to know about people or things that do not concern one; nosiness. Not my style.…

 

5. Carefulness; Fastidiousness. Definitely me!

 

Isn’t curiosities a fabulous word, the combination of it’s meaning, the way its sounds and I love the way it evokes a sense of whimsical intrigue, allurement and seduction! Ok, perhaps it’s just me…. Ha ha Couldn’t help myself…! Just had to change the letter ‘u’ to a letter ‘e’ so Curiosities becomes CERIosities.

 

CERIosities: ce·ri·os·i·ties [ker-ee-os-i-teez]

 

1. A collection of stylish & functional curiosities, affectionately and joyously handmade by Moi!

 

2. Signature creation: book handbags [‘novel’ designs if I do say so myself… :-)]

 

3. Eco-conscious; upcycled products, sustainability, helping to; preserve beautiful Mother Earth, reduce landfill, gain further inspirations for reducing my eco-footprint [every little bit counts]

 

4. Loves; creative possibilities, eclecticism, individuality, colours, patterns, to laugh, dusk, play on word jokes, transformations, instant gratification, cats, reality & truth, flowers, being to hot than to cold, floral scents & perfume - oh this is going to be a long list......

 

5. Frequents; book bazaars, used book stores, op shops, re-use stores, council clean ups, garage sales, markets even skip bins etc. ha ha

 

6. Welcomes; custom orders and personal requests

 

7. Aspires to; random acts of kindness, daily mindfulness meditation, living life in the present moment, infinite gratitude

 

8. Grateful for; all the wonderful people and everything in life, even the challenges - without them there would be no growth.....

 

It’s been lovely spending time with you, thank you! Seen as there is still so much to learn about each other, share, ponder, reflect on, explore, laugh about etc keep an eye out as I’ll being venturing into the world of blogging very shortly.
