I am a designer, a psychologist, an educator and a health promotion professional who is passionately committed to helping address the complex conditions that challenge our well-being and require creativity.

I am the Principal of Cense Ltd., an innovation consultancy group and design studio that helps organizations apply systems thinking, creativity and foresight to engage their teams, clients and the public more effectively.

My work draws on the science of systems, design strategies, visualization methods, program evaluation, contemplative inquiry and psychology in my approach to working with clients. Teaching, learning and engaging are how I work and learn with my clients and their audiences.
