This is an account created by Rachel Lovinger (www.flickr.com/photos/mirka23). I created this account to display photos taken by my mother, Ceil Silver, over the course of several decades.

Ceil created a flickr account of her own, but only ever added one photo there. Years after my mother passed, I started scanning thousands of photos that she had taken of her family and friends, her friends in the crafting and basketry community, and her friends in the programming community. Eventually I realized there were too many photos to keep them all in my own account, so I created this one so that I could gather all the images here.

I'm still working on scanning, but creating this account will allow me to organize them better, and will allow me to add her digital photos as well as my scans of her printed photographs.
