It's been awhile since I updated my profile, lots of new ventures. I currently have my work at Studio Bongiorno located at 500 Lincoln Avenue in Santa Clara, 95050. It will be on display throughout the Month of March. It is a collaboration of different works of art, Tulio Flores, Fernando Escartez, Tracey Baca, Phil Bongiorno, Bob Knight and Chris Moon. The work is edgy, beautiful and is some of the best work I have seen in many years.

Thank you to all my supporters and people from all over the globe who send me comments saying how much they enjoy my art. I am happy and humbled when someone receives enjoyment from my work.. When I create I am in joy as I am sure all of you who are artists understand.

Make sure you go on the monthly art walk in downtown San Jose. . Other artists work on display in open studio on S. First Street, the first Friday of each month, 420 South First Street, San Jose, CA. All is available for purchase. Come support the arts. My favorite gallery is Kaleid.

LOCAL ARTIST CAROLANN ESPINO

Carolann Espino. expresses many themes in her work. Her art reflects life experiences, comedy, vivid color, fantasy, spirit and a flamboyant touch. Her spirituality is a source for inspiration and creativity. Her art is unique, stands apart and has a style of it's own. Her trademark is art embellished with beads, jeweled stones, silver and gold jewelry. Her medium is primarily acrylic, however, she uses any material to create her image. I had the pleasure last year of assisting with set design for Midsummer's Night dream in a local theatre. Very different for me but really rewarding learning another aspect of using my artistic abilities for a new venture.
