I have worked with Astris over the past year and it has been an absolute pleasure. She is extremely dedicated to self improvement and her passion and enthusiasm rubs off on the rest of the team. Astris always gives 100% to every task and can cope well with anything thrown her way. She has exceptional organisation skills, can cope extremely well under pressure and with heavy work loads. Astris is a fantastic portrait photographer with a real eye for the small details. She has a giant personality and can put anyone at ease that stands in front of her lens. She is also excellent at posing people with a real understanding of how the human body moves. Great at demonstrating how to hold themselves to execute the perfect shot. Her retouching and digital art is where she really shines. The level of discipline and self motivation, almost obsession to achieve in this field is infectious.
