A software engineer by trade, but got into birding in 2025. Bird photography soon followed, and now I'm hooked! I enjoy that both hobbies get me away from the computer and out in nature. They force me to slow down, and focus on the beauty around me. Plus I enjoy the challenge and the thrill of capturing a photo I've been trying to get.
