Carlton's Photo Gallery

I have been taking pictures for 20 years starting with a Minolta 350 and later a Minolta 450. I entered digital with a small Olympus, not wanting to give up film. Eventually I moved to a Canon Point and Shoot. When Nikon brought out their D70, I purchased one and was hooked on Nikon. I then went to the D80 and when Nikon brought out the D300 purchased it and fell in love with it.

I have read many books on photography and taken online lessons on Lynda.com as well as looking a lot of Scott Kelby's instructions.

I enjoy looking at other people's pictures I think are great studying their EXIF and possible cropping of the pictures.

I am still learning with a long way to go.

Most of all, I just enjoy taking what I think are interesting pictures, mostly of landscapes, animals and plant life.
