About me:

I was born in Montreal. I have been living in Ottawa for 10 years. I have one son (he's 18) and one pet (a budgie named Chirpy - and believe me, he always chirps, so it was a good name for him haha!)

I work downtown Ottawa at a financial institution. My background is 18 years in database management, 2 years in project manager and a new career in asset management.

I own a fundraising company called Music for Life Fundraising Concerts where my team and I put on benefit concerts across Canada to raise money for cancer research. Last year's shows brought in over $10,000 for breast cancer research. We are preparing to have this year's concerts a great success as well; our focus this year is on prostate and colon cancers research.

I also own my own music management company. I have dabbled in this for a couple of years and enjoy it. I have many friends in the music business in Eastern Canada. I absolutely love and promote live music !! And I believe that local bands in local cities need support and enthusiasm because they are creating music that they really love and they hope will enlighten us in some way.

I write lyrics for my own songs and have had a couple of them recorded (in an amateur fashion, but it was fun nonetheless!) I wrote the theme song for the Music for Life Fundraising Concerts organization.
