Cary Bennett is keen photographer with a love of jazz and theatre. He began work as a photographic assistant and then became a full time musician working the cruise ships, festivals, clubs and touring with various shows and artists. He is an adjunct Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of New England, Armidale, and divides his time between playing music and photographing Australian jazz artists, local theatre events and people.
