So much to do, so little time. Love jazz, colorful, slightly interpretive paintings, and other forms of pizzazz. Plays Tuba in two summer bands. Grandchildren are definitely cool. Almost as cool as the children that created them!

Fascinated with the contours and softness and depth that emerges when my lens gets very close to my subject. Am now exploring how this works with super wide angles. But also love those flicks that explode with color, relationship, energy, and a sense of that which is within.

BTW, I now (2009) have a Pentax K7 that is teaching me all kinds of new moves. And, in 2017 I added a Nikon Coolpix 900 to my bag for that 83x zoom reach.
