German law is quite complicated, especially regarding copyright and privacy issues. Mostly, I will refrain from posting "people shots" except when those are taken in a situation where either the law explicity grants me the right to publish them (public figures, panoramas) or I can reasonably assume that my subject agreed to publication. If, however, you are included in a photo and do not agree to publication please contact me to have the picture removed.

My images are mostly licensed as Creative Commons "by-nc-nd". If you wish to use any of my images for purposes that are not covered by the license, please contact me.
