A little about myself....

My primary focus in life at this time is my family, especially my 4 year old who was recently diagnosed as autistic. We moved to Ontario a year ago, so my role has changed. I am now working full time on my photography career... I have started my own studio in my basement and have continued working on my portfolio...This past month I have been concentrating on pet photography and have really loved in.

I use Canon products mostly. It's the first real camera I ever got so I just stick with it. For me it's what works and what I like but I don't believe in bashing other brands like other people do. It's what works for you that matters.

My camera is usually set to manual, which annoys my husband since he doesn't know how to shoot manual (at least I always know which shots are his ha ha ha). Lately however, I have been using time or shutter priority settings. But this has also been due to the subject and / or objective.

I've just started using Photoshop and Lightroom for editting. Learning as I go and from CreativeLive.com -> fantastic courses on this site!
