Marco Campanini's mastery of fundamental photography was honed in an amateur photo club comprised of retired railway workers based in a small town near Parma, Italy.

He graduated with degrees in philosophy and aesthetics. The subject of his thesis focused on the work of Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Italo Calvino and Giulio Paolini.

Campanini's deep level of commitment, customer care, focus and exactitude for a top-caliber product earned him the esteem of and regular cooperation with several clients internationally. These include some of the most important artists-photographers of the last forty years, working in the traditions of Bernd and Hilla Becher and Gerhard Richter.
