Hello,
I am a GIS professional working as the COMPASS Analyst and Research Coordinator in the city of Redlands, CA. See citizencompass.org or eastvalleycompass.org. I found myself mapping for public safety after mapping mammalian movement patterns and then as a land use planner. I specialize in animations and geostories and have working for a time for the Buckminster Fuller Institute. I teach at University of California in Riverside, and also play with an established band in the Inland Empire. You can often find me behind a laptop in an RV on the way to a gig. I work with IMS, ArcPAD, SDE, Flash, VB, Ampeg, Vespa, Volkswagon, Peavy. My degrees are in Biology and Philosophy.
Also, I'm the first analyst to get tracked GPS human data from the Ca. Dept of Corrections on the whole tracked parolees thing. I like to study big brother.
I plan to have our band tour a swing state for 2 months for the 2008 elections. I'll let you guess which side I'm on.
