INSPIRED BY NATURE, EVERY DAY IS A NEW ADVENTURE!

I currently live in coastal South Carolina on Hilton Head Island, USA, which is a year round home to a wide diversity of birds and an important stopover for many migratory species.

I’m an active member of our local Audubon Chapter and I participate in “Project Feeder Watch” as a member of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. I also monitor an Osprey nest for the international group “Project Osprey Watch.”

As a result of my involvement in these organizations and the countless hours spent outdoors observing and learning about birds, I now have a much deeper connection to nature and realize how critically important it is to save the remaining natural habitats for all wildlife.

As a photographer I enjoy all that nature offers, with a special interest in birds.

As a member of Flickr I am inspired by all the beautiful images and creativity in this group.
