Hello there ...

I joined Flickr about a year ago (Jan.2011), then got involved with retirement; so I put Flickr on "hold" for a while. I am still learning the ropes and getting organized.

I am not new to photography ~ only new to digital. I purchased my first digital in March of 2011. Prior to that I had not picked up a camera in 20+ years. So I am still adjusting to the all of the bells and whistles that digital cameras offer.

Please feel free to comment, or tell me what you might have done differently to improve any of my images. You won't hurt my feelings, I am here to learn and to share. Thanks in advance.

After being widowed for 15 years, I met the most wonderful man and we were married on March 17, 2011. Can you imagine starting life over at this age??? But, God is good and we are having a wonderful time living life.

P.S. Did you read between the lines ... Got marrried and bought a new camera to take on our honeymoon. He is definitely a keeper!
