Photography is rather a new but yet old art form for me. It has always been in my life. It was always my Father's specialty, not mine other than just photographing friends or special moments. I have since discovered our styles (to me) to be somewhat similar in detail, graphic form, light and various subject matter, particularly nature photography.

I have distinctive memories as a child of being in his darkroom and being fascinated that he could maneuver completely in the dark. I thought and still do believe it's magic.

It is like finding myself through his eyes but now venturing out onto my own. He inspired me to become a graphic designer and artist. I also owe my venturing and nomadic ways to my Mother who has always been my inspiration to seek beyond the familiar and look at life's inner beauty and distresses.

This medium although still new to me has somehow always been wanting to take it's center stage. I love looking at life, remembering and sharing moments and peering through a looking glass.
