I'm probably supposed to use this space to list accomplishments, photo credits, etc., but you can find all that on my official bio. I've been a writer and a photographer for 29 years. I could bore you to tears with all that stuff.

Now that we have that out of the way, I should probably give you a warning: I shoot a lot of pictures of food, sunsets, and my dog. I know they're clichés. But they are also things I love.

And no matter what's in front of my camera, I'm always shooting for love.

I've traveled all over the country, but the older I get, the more I appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of the South. And the more that appreciation burns within me, the more I feel compelled to share my South with the world. So here I am.

I'm returning to Flickr after a long hiatus, hoping to renew old friendships and capture the magic I felt when photoblogging was in its heyday.
