Carl Wimmer is a 2012 candidate for the 4th U.S. Congressional district in Utah. He resides in Herriman, UT, with his family and currently serves as a Utah State Representative. Carl is a conservative leader; defender of individual liberty, property rights and second amendment rights. He is an advocate of free-markets, less taxes and a constituional balanced budget amendment.
