A regular guy in a regular town trying to be extraordinary.

I was given my first roll film camera at the age of 4 - it was part of a kid's "spy kit" but it included a real camera. I had my first 35mm SLR for Christmas in my early teens and, much to my parents dismay, set up a darkroom in my bedroom.

I converted to digital in 2003 but still own a dust-gathering Pentax ME for sentimental reasons. I love photography and I'm trying very hard to be good enough to make a living from it.
