I think I first 'met' Carla (aka Sky Queen) flying in the sky above the rooftops of her beloved Portugal and I have never looked at the sky (or the world - or even life) in quite the same way since. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Carla, she has taught me so much and to look at things so differently - and I now venture out into wild windy weather to take photos just for her! My buddy C is just the kindest, warm hearted and most generous person you will ever know on Flickr. Her work is supremely professional and wonderful - a complete inspiration. A lot of people have talent for photography. Some people have the luck to live in beautiful places, with peach and raspberry sunsets and horses running with the manes in the wind. Few people is able to make every shot different even when they picture the same place, giving to every shot a different deep emotion. Carla is the only one that I know able to do all this and even something more: her brilliant outlook on the world is like a blast of fresh wind through a window: every time that i look at her photostream I feel happy and I realise once more how beautiful can be our world.
