Today is Thanksgiving in the USA, and I can think of no better day to thank my friend Rogerio for what he has done for Flickr and for me. He was the very first person to ask to be my contact, and was so kind to give me comments and faves, which was my greatest encouragement. Because I was new, he even dedicated a photo to me and put my Flickr address on it so that others would perhaps visit my stream! That is the kind of wonderful person he is! But his contribution extends to everyone on Flickr, as his work has served as inspiration for so many of us. Spend some time looking at his stream and you will be in awe. A close look at his unique photo paintings will reveal the artist that he is, with a style completely his own. And don't miss the set of photos of his beautiful grandsons, created from the heart of a loving grandfather. You have only to read the comments from his adoring fans to know that this is a good man!
