Caribbean Aid is a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC) incorporated on the 14th March 2015 in England and Wales, United Kingdom, with a social enterprise objective and Asset Lock structure.

Caribbean Aid and its Asset Lock structure is regulated by the Office of The Regulator of Community Interest Companies and is designed to ensure that the assets of the CIC (including any profits or other surpluses generated by its activities) are used solely for the benefit of its mission.

The Asset Lock structure gives our fundraiser's and donors added security that their contributions are going exactly where we say it will go.

As a member of the Institute of Fundraising, Caribbean Aid CIC is compliant and committed to IOF’s best practice and is guided by their Code of Fundraising Practice, which set the standards for self-regulation of fundraising.

You can therefore be assured and confident that your donations will be used in pursuance of our mission to support and assist Caribbean children in need of specialist medical treatment overseas.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide practical and financial support to children permanently residing within the Caribbean in need of specialist medical treatment that is not provided by the local statutory authorities and must be sourced or obtained overseas, with the object of improving their quality of life, and promoting the benefit and wellbeing of most vulnerable inhabitants of the Caribbean.

By raising and maintaining a readily available pool of funds and running appeals here in the UK at the time of need Caribbean Aid CIC will:

Assist in the provision of access to overseas specialist medical assistance and in doing so we will by default;

 Reduce delay

 Reduce emotional impact

 Bring hope to situations of hopelessness, uncertainty and despair

Caribbean Aid is working on behalf of seriously ill children throughout the Caribbean, without fear or favour we will act in the best interest of the most vulnerable inhabitants of the Caribbean.
