Once upon a time I thought portraits was the way forward and started doing that. Then I realised that fashion was _really_ where it's at and started doing more of that. Then I realised that actually I was wrong all along and where it's really, really at is "alternative" - gothic, fetish, weird, odd, whatever.

Then, finally, I realised that all three are the place to be. Welcome to the mix.

I'm a great believer in adding my own light. Daylight is what you use in a powercut.* I shoot studio or location, indoors or out. Moving to speedlites from full strobes has been a photography-changing moment for me.

I'm always looking for new models. Pretty is nice, interesting is good.
