Captain Rafa born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and has been fishing it's waters since the age of six. Educated in Illinois, USA has fished all over the mid-west and the Caribbean. He created Puerto Rico Tarpon Connection fifteen years ago to provide the traveling fisherman and visitors to Puerto Rico a frequently unexplored option for affordable, plentiful and exciting light tackle inshore fishing experience.
