I am a writer by profession, who also collects vintage and antique items, and creates art and prints. I earn my living primarily through internet writing and online sales of vintage novelties and my artwork.

I have a powerful imagination, which draws me into creative work with irresistible force. I love a good story, especially one that is filled with hope or encourages morality and integrity in readers and viewers. My artistic streak draws me to things with strong graphic quality (especially things with lots of color, or which remind me of vintage advertising art). For me, color and art in general has a tangible effect on mood, and sometimes through mood, art can bring improvement and progress.

My attraction to vintage has a lot to do with my imagination and creativity as well. I like to imagine each vintage piece and the home it has spent its life in, before I acquired it. What were its previous owners like? Did this piece make them happy, or elicit a memory? These things we rarely know, but dreamers can dream.
