I am a mama to a amazing little man ( 2 yrs), wife to a wonderful husband, knitter, quilter, spinner, farm owner, and all around cleaner upper! I am shy, kinda arty and tend to wear only black. I have dreadlocks and love tattoos. I love all things handmade and my favorite animal is a sloth. I am very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time with my sweet havanese pup working on my farm ( we raise sheep, pigs, cows, chickens). I collect signed classic rock albums and Heather Ross fabric.

I love modern fabrics and bright colors. I also seem to love pastels and rainbows. I covet Heather Ross ( my very favorite) and adore Anna Maria Horner, Denyse Schmidt, Joel Dewberry, Tula Pink, Amy Butler, and Heather Bailey to name a few but NOT fabrics that are overly "grandma-ish" or too civil war-ish. Alexander Henry's whimsical fabrics also make me smile. : )

My latest fabric love is with the Australian designers Saffron Craig and Ink & Spindle ~ brilliant! I also really love Japanese Import fabrics like Nani Iro, Kokka, Lecien and especially Echino.

I really can't choose one favorite color way, but I do love me some linen!! I can't really seem to like red unless it is in a rainbow, and I do really love rainbows!
