About the Artist

Amy is a lifelong Rhode Island resident and graduate of the Hospitality & Tourism management program at Johnson &Wales University. She never tires of the landmarks, attractions and treasures that New England has to offer. Much of her work is focused on the special places that have been part of her life. She notices the everyday beauty in all that surrounds her. Her work brings attention and awareness to places and things that often go unnoticed. Early morning sunrises and glowing sunsets are among her favorite subjects to capture. She is the proud caretaker of Aleister, her Olde English Bulldog, who is always ready to pose for the camera at a moments notice. Through photography, she feels as though each day is a vacation worth celebrating on her personal journey around the sun.

She hopes her work instills a sense of calm and peace…and maybe even draws out a smile.
