I am from and in the Orkney Islands Northern Scotland - not the South Orkney Islands approx. 59 Degrees North a fantastic group of islands where any two days are never the same and at our Northerly Latitude up in the North Atlantic, where the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea collide we get some amazing light / skies / sunrises / sunsets during the summer and displays of the Northern Lights in the winter, not forgetting the weather which can even in the winter can provide for some fantastic scenes.
