Why do I shoot the way I do one may ask?

I simply believe life is rough and tough on the human soul. We have destroyed our home and are left with no choice but to live in wreckage. I am often disturbed by garbage, industrialization and unnatural global destruction; though through photography I have learned to turn what one person would turn a blind eye to into beauty. Photography has help bring contentment and understanding to what it means to life in the ruins of globalized concrete jungles. I have learned to appreciate life and find splintering wholesomeness in new places. While I shoot the World suddenly feels so grand and with that comes an inspiring vision. The idea, I want to show you and others a natural view on what life is really like in an artistic form , I have reached my goal the moment you become unnerved whilst your feelings toward beauty collide with reality. Why photograph a dream when so many of us are already living in one. Wake up and open your eyes to the world around you, my photo collection is here to help you do just that. Now ask yourself What Do You Do To Make This A Better Place For Both Yourself and Human Kind?

For those who know me understand I didn't wake up everyday under a fluffy blanket, breakfast in the fridge and shoes at my feet. For those who don't know me i hope you now have a better idea who i am.

Technique?

There is no set rules or procedures I following for shooting but my technique developed when I started playing in the darkroom. I initially had an idea of how I wanted an image to develop but I couldn't achieve a few highlighting points without changing the way I shot film. I started taking risks, pushing film I broke away from nicely balanced images and started bringing my exposure time up and down while opening and closing my lens into new field of view. Point being I now shoot my digital the same way I would shoot and develop my film.
