I'm an amateur photographer who started again in December 2019 after a long period of (photographic) inactivity. I was a keen photographer in my teens and used pretty decent SLRs for work (as an environmental consultant) back in the day of film. My work camera stuff was nicked more than 20 years ago and at the time I had two young children to look after and lashing out on camera gear was way down my list (and my wife's) of priorities. I use a Canon EOS 90 DSLR with a (second hand) Canon 100mm - 400mm zoom and a recently acquired new Sigma 20mm. I'm loving it. Oh! and last year I bought a drone. So, as Tom Patey might say ..... I'm learning to fly!
