Cake decorating has been a hobby of mine for a very long time, although i only "discovered" the joys of fondant a short while ago. My dream is to have my own cake business one day in the not so distant future. In the meantime I am trying to learn all I can, especially about making flowers.

I have been greatly inspired by so many cake artists who post their pics on Flickr and encouraged by so many of you who have commented on my pictures. Without all of you I doubt I would have developed my skills at this rate. May I one day be as good as you!
