Former chef of the Hard Rock Café in Paris, I became interested in cake design because I was unable to find the decorated cakes I wanted for my clients.
When my family moved to the Lorraine region of France, I decided to launch my cake design company (Crazy Cake) early in 2009.
What I really like about cake decoration are the endless opportunities to create new sugar designs, and the look of happiness on my clients faces when they first see their cake.
