I'm 28.. Recently (over the last year anyway!) I've found my way back to photography - I've always loved messing with basic cameras and simply concepts of composition but i never really considered seriously taking this 'messing'.. well.. seriously..

..Everyone should have a creative outlet - The soul definitely feels better for it!! I think i've always thought this - just now i know it!! I'm really enjoying submersing myself in ideas and shoots and compositions and colours and even the technicalities of the gear..

Hopefully this is just the beginning for me - now that i've started i have no idea what level i will consider as 'where i want to be'.. I just want to keep improving everything about what i'm doing and see where that takes me..

I've resisted all forms of social networking sites for years now - but finally i want something bad enough to have capitulated on this stance.. So here i am.. I'm hoping to use Flickr as a source of inspiration (something it already has been in just a quick search through!!), a place where i can acquire more technical understanding of my outlet and somewhere that i can put my work as it develops and continually get honest feedback on it.
