CAii is an architectural, interior design and graphic illustration firm founded by three young professionals who share the same vision for the future of the design and construction industry in St. Lucia and the Caribbean.

At CAii we believe that regardless of project size or cost, every design should be approached with the goal of creating something unique and beautiful; functional and practical. Each project should enhance the natural beauty of the surrounding tropical landscape.

Our designers collaborate on all projects from initial design to working drawings, ensuring nothing is under- or over-designed. We can also provide clients with highly polished 3-D illustrations and artistic impressions on par with those currently being produced in North America, Europe and elsewhere. These can be used to allow clients to connect with their project designs even before construction commences, to serve as exciting visual aids in corporate presentations, or as advertising material for the pre-selling/pre-renting phase of a proposed project.
