Being a fan of Caei's photos for as long as I've been at Flickr, it's still a real joy to view here photostream regularly. Especially when photographing people, Caei will capture an honest essence in her photographs; not to mention a certain kindness that's reflected in Caei's personality too (as far as I know her, of course ;)). You won't find photographs of this Indonesian woman (now living in Sweden, though) showing people as dark as they sometimes can be. No, quite the opposite really: Caei's subjects are expressive and delightfully full of life. Caei's photographs are soaked in a 'real-life'-mood and (almost, if not always) will make you look at them with a big, happy smile. Recognizing that's a very hard thing to achieve, it's clear that (I think) Caei is very talented. A talent that's ever evolving.
