I have lived in Wisconsin most of my life and lived in Madison since I graduated from UW-Madison in 1997. I've written comic short plays that have appeared onstage in Madison, Wisconsin since the late 90s and am a member of The Dramatists Guild of America, Inc. I co-wrote You’ve Ruined a Perfectly Good Mystery, an interactive comedy-adventure that was part of the 2011 New York International Fringe Festival and was voted Favorite Theater Production in Isthmus's 2011-2012 Madison's Favorites poll.
I have been in ensembles for Are We Delicious, which develops short plays and performs them within a single week, and wrote and acted in short audio plays for the Sounds Delicious Audio Theatre podcast. From 2013 – 2016 I interviewed Madison theater artists for the MadStage Podcast, and from 2005 – 2013 I chronicled Madison theater for Dane101. I'm a longtime Sherlock Holmes fan, wrote a 70s TV cop show retelling of "The Adventure of the Red-Headed League," and have created a Tumblr and Pinterest board for Sherlockian humor.
