I hate describing myself. I also hate having to fill out questionnaires. I'm never sure I'm reading the question right...or there are several possible answers and which one do you want...or what's it to you, buddy?

But in the interest of community, here goes: I am a writer, (among other vocations) who only recently developed an interest in photography. I'm interested in how the photos I take enable a deconstruction of who I am. As in--what is the significance of my interest in extreme closeups? And why am I fascinated with derelict buildings that were once someone's home?
