ABOUT MY PHOTOGRAPHY:
Many photographers like to process their photos in such a way, that the resulting photo looks like an embellished version of what the original shot must have looked like when they originally took it. Little things like saturating the colors a bit too much, extreme HDR, burning and dodging certain areas to enhance and improve the aesthetics of the photo to make it look more like 'art', etc, etc.
I have NO TROUBLE WHATSOEVER with other people doing that, but I have no intentions at the present to do any of that with my photography, at least not to any great extent. When you look at my photos, it's 96-98% real, and 2-4% embellishment. So basically, what you see, is what I saw. Simple as that :) !
I live only 3 blocks away from Centennial Park, so understandably, most of my shoots are from that gold-mine of photographic treasures :).
I haven't updated this page for a long time, as I don't post anything on Flickr anymore (and the equipment posted above is grossly out of date, though still interesting to see what I had back then). All photography done by me, is posted on my website butterflyexpressdesign.com, and is always kept up to date! Prints are always available for sale from my website as well!
