It's a visual world for most of us. Eighty percent of the information we take in is in the form of light. As a mixed media artist and photographer, the capturing and creation of the visual is paramount as a means of expression. While an image may be purely representational to one person, it can create in another a dense and multilayered metaphorical experience. It is this type of experience I seek through my art and the art of others. Can there be a greater adventure?

For the most part, I prefer to show you what you cannot see on your own. Sometimes, however, I will show you what is right in front of your face.
