I live a bit north of Houston, TX. I'm in my 40's, married to a wonderful man, have a cat, 2 chihuahuas, and an aquarium.
I love all things in nature and have become really interested in birds the last couple years. But I'll shoot just about anything.
I also like creating Flickr galleries and am an Admin in the group Flickr Galleries. Join us there if you like to create or browse galleries. They're really fun!
I've learned so much from Flickr and continue to be inspired by my contacts' photostreams every day.

I have known Amy for almost two years now as a contact, after seeing her place comments on a mutual contacts stream. Over this time I have seen her talent grow from experimenting with different styles , and now excelling in her love for wildlife photography. Patience is the virtue, and Amy sure displays this trait by sitting for hours on end to capture a moment in time that others would never have the chance to see. Always a pleasure to view your next posting!
