A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

Builder's Brewery is a not-for-profit organization providing free education, training, and events within Virtual Worlds since 2008. Yes, it's a rather odd name for an educational organization (to say the least!), but it's a hint of our fun past and where it all began. Anything is possible within a virtual world, right?

WHAT WE DO

◾️ We are 100% volunteers, primarily headquartered within Second Life.

◾️ We help content creators, educators, organizations, and ordinary people who seek to explore, utilize, learn and enjoy creating endless things that linger within their imagination.

◾️ Multiple levels, formats, software, subjects, and one of the most beloved and helpful groups on the grid.

◾️ We also provide services and facilities for organizations seeking to utilize the Second Life platform. From setup design and management to full guidance and finding your way around.

All are welcome to visit us for a class, chat, educational events, or just use our sandbox to experiment and build your next masterpiece. We will do our best to assist you on your journey and help you master the skills needed for building in a virtual environment and the beauty within them.

We also provide real-life skill training such as graphics, 3D software programs, and even business tools and marketing. The subject matter is endless but is based upon availability provided by our talented expert volunteers. Join one of our groups and say "hi" or drop in for a free class. Membership is never required. We are an active, open-arm, helpful community of 50k members and growing.
